Order help and refunds

Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number from the confirmation email. If you were charged twice or your pack never arrived, say so in the subject line and we will sort it out first.

Corrections

If a naming rule works differently in game from what our rules page says, tell us what you tried, what the game said and when. We check every report and update the rules page and the checker together.
