Refund Policy

This policy covers the name packs sold on loretag.com (the Naming Kit and Curated Names). The generators, surname tool and naming rules are free and involve no payment.

When you get a full refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order. We refund every duplicate charge in full.
• Your pack was not delivered: the order page and download link do not work and we cannot fix it. We refund the payment in full.
• You were charged for an order that never completed, for example a checkout that showed an error but still took payment.

When we do not refund

Packs are digital content delivered instantly: as soon as payment goes through you can download your CSV and we email you the names. Because of that, a delivered pack cannot be returned, and we do not refund it because you changed your mind or because a name turned out to be taken in game. Every pack name passes the WoW Forever naming rules, but no one outside Blizzard can see which names other players have, which is why each pack gives you 50 to choose from. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@loretag.com within 30 days of the payment. Include the email address you used at checkout and the order number from your order page or delivery email. We reply within two business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Once a pack is refunded, its download link stops working.
